ECI was founded by Director Sonia Salles with a vision to increase standards within the hospitality side of Human Ressources in order to encourage new talent and matured existing skills.

Sonia graduated from Lycee Montauriol and ICOGES Paris,  she lived for the past 15 years in UK.

In July 2005 she was rewarded with NLP Diploma and was authorised adviser Level 1 by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) in 2005 to 2008.

Strong experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry. Sonia worked in reputable recruitment company for the past 7 years and during this time she built a strong relashionship with her clients.

Sonia worked in a Michelin star restaurant and a brasserie de luxe  before opening and running her own restaurant for 3 years in the South of France with her husband; himself a chef over 20 years exprience in Uk.
